We are in the process of credentialing to accept the following insurances:
- Tricare
*We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare
Self- pay fees
- Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes) : $300
- Follow-up/ Medication Management (15- 30 minutes): $150
We would be happy to provide a super-bill to our self- pay clients to present to their insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance to determine whether and how much you will be reimbursed.
Disability Paperwork
In order for our practice to complete a Short term or long term disability paperwork, a client must be an established clients with our practice for at least 6months otherwise client will be referred back to their PCP. Client will agree to pay our practice the fees of $200 for disability paperwork in advance. Insurance will not cover the cost of disability paperwork completion.
